Role Description
This full-time on-site DevOps Engineer – Java and Node.js role is based in Colombo. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the systems and infrastructure that allow Niogin's software development to run smoothly. You will work closely with development, testing, and deployment teams to ensure that all systems and infrastructure are scalable, secure, and optimized to support the needs of our clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in DevOps engineering
- Strong experience in Java and Node.js
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and processes
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, AWS or OCI
- Experience in bash scripting, Terraform, and Kubernetes
- Experience with containers and container orchestration
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
