About the job
- Validates order information
- Compliance checks paperwork submitted by sales and order management
- Create contracts and tracks them through the process
- Responsible for ensuring that contracts are created and delivered on time
- Runs and reconciles applicable open contract reports daily to ensure contracts are flowing and issues are resolved.
- Obtain all the necessary approvals prior processing a cancellation.
- Works closely with sales to assist and ensure required documentation is accurate
- Create and update contract information within eAutomate
- Work and validate contract renewals based on leasing company information
- Process voids and resets of invoices based on the contract requirements
- Work on the machines in an interim status to enable the billing
