Position -  Documentation Officer

About the job

  • Validates order information
  • Compliance checks paperwork submitted by sales and order management
  • Create contracts and tracks them through the process
  • Responsible for ensuring that contracts are created and delivered on time
  • Runs and reconciles applicable open contract reports daily to ensure contracts are flowing and issues are resolved.
  • Obtain all the necessary approvals prior processing a cancellation.
  • Works closely with sales to assist and ensure required documentation is accurate
  • Create and update contract information within eAutomate
  • Work and validate contract renewals based on leasing company information
  • Process voids and resets of invoices based on the contract requirements
  • Work on the machines in an interim status to enable the billing
