Position - Full Stack Developer
M C Medisoft (Private) Limited is looking for a full stack developer to join our well-established company on full time basis. M C Medisoft’s parent company is Mediconsult Ltd which is located in Finland and has provided health care services to more than 1500 customers in Finland for over 4 decades.
We are a high-quality IT-solutions provider for healthcare and social care organizations in private and public sectors. Our solutions cover patient data management, mHealth and digital services for healthcare, social care and elderly care.

As a software developer, you will
- Work in Front End and/or Back End software development, and if desired, spend 20% of your time as a Scrum Master.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, documentation, and testing of software functionality, architecture, and user interface.
- Work with our own software products as part of an expert team that strives for success together.
To thrive in the role, you should
- Have experience in software development: You have a strong passion for software development and production and understand the technical aspects through your experience or education.
- You might specialize in Java/JavaScript, servers, user interfaces, or have an interest in specific technologies.
- We use technologies like SpringBoot, JavaEE, JavaScript, Docker, TypeScript, Angular, React, Database Knowledge and familiarity with these technologies will facilitate your success in the role.
General Skills
- Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent work ethics, great attitude, and ability to work in a team under minimum supervision
- Have the discipline to provide the best solutions and drive innovation across the Organization
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to accept challenges and show a prominent level of enthusiasm
- Good Exposure to agile software engineering
- Lead and guide the team in identifying and implementing new technologies
