Position - Full Stack Software Engineer
Web Lankan is a well-established, ISO certified and award-winning software development company in Sri Lanka that delivers customized software development solutions to any business entity.
We have determined plans for the business and we are looking for competent, self-motivated and dynamic candidates to join our software development team as Full Stack Software Engineer.
General Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years of working experience as a full stack developer.
* Education: A degree or HND in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
* Version Control: Proficiency in GIT and SVN for version control.
* Architectural Understanding: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
* Database: Proficiency in database designing.
* Web Services: Experience in REST APIs and other web services is a must.
Front-End Technologies:
* JavaScript: Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
* Frameworks: Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React JS, and Ionic will be considered an added advantage.
* Payment Gateways: Strong experience in integrating local and overseas online payment gateways.
* Cross-Browser Compatibility: Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
Back-End Technologies:
* PHP: Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter.
* Node.js: Proficiency in Node.js.
* Next.js: Proficiency in Next.js.
* Mobile Development: Experience in React Native.
* Cloud Hosting: Knowledge of deploying and hosting applications on cloud environments, such as AWS.
* Continuous Learning: A self-motivated individual who is willing to learn and implement new tools and technologies based on technical standards and guidelines.
* Code Reviews: Ability to conduct code reviews to meet industry standards.
* Agile Development: Experience in working in an agile development environment.
* Unit Testing: Ability to write unit test cases will be considered an advantage.
