Position - Fullstack Developer
About the job
- Utilize Node.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop and maintain production web applications.
- Work with codebases that do not rely on common front-end frameworks (React/Vue/Svelte/Angular).
- Architect and optimize code to ensure high performance and scalability, even when frameworks are not the primary solution.
- Write clear, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and guidelines to maintain codebase quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct code reviews and implement improvements.
- Proactively address challenges and persist in finding solutions, refusing to give up in the face of difficulty.
- Foster a collaborative environment, actively suggesting and iterating on ideas, while also providing an independent perspective.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in Fullstack development, with a strong focus on Node.js and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining production web applications.
- Experience with codebases that do not rely on common front-end frameworks.
- Strong ability to structure and optimize code, even in non-traditional framework situations.
- Demonstrated ability to write clear, testable, and maintainable code.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
