Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website banners, infographics, brochures, posters, and more.
• Craft eye-catching and memorable brand identities and logos that align with our clients' values and resonate with their target audiences.
• Develop and maintain design templates for various marketing materials to ensure consistency across all campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them effectively to enhance our design capabilities.
• Take ownership of multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other team members, including copywriters and marketing strategists, to produce comprehensive marketing materials that deliver a unified message.
• Participate in design brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to push creative boundaries.
• Provide design support for presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, highlighting your ability to create impactful visuals for various platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other similar tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines without compromising creativity.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace constructive feedback.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar academic qualification or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience and a strong portfolio will be considered.
