Position - Head of Human Resources
Reports to : CEO
Summary:
An excellent opportunity for a strategic and experienced Head of HR to join the fastest growing Insurance Company on the Island. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing and coaching teams, and building a strong, positive, performance-driven company culture.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Company’s HR strategy, aligned with the overall business strategy
- Lead the team in all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, performance management and compensation & benefits
- Build and maintain a strong & positive company culture
- Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure that the HR function is aligned with the business goals
- Represent the company on HR matters to external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Masters’ degree in HR or related field
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Experience in leading HR transformation initiatives
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
