Position - Head of Product Management

Role Profile

• Articulate and communicate a comprehensive technical product vision, aligning it with the company's strategic goals and technological aspirations.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new product offerings and improvements to existing products.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, UX/UI designers and QA to translate technical requirements into tangible product deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that highlight the technical expertise of our products, drive product awareness and revenue growth.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to ensure successful product launches.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, ensuring they are aligned with the product vision and goals.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and C-suite executives.
• Effectively communicate technical updates, roadmap changes, and strategic decisions to various audiences.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in technical product management, with a substantial portion in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in guiding the development and launch of complex technical software products (Enterprise & SaaS)
• Strong technical background with the ability to comprehend and articulate intricate technical concepts effectively.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in various software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen ability to leverage data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
