Position - Information Technology Projects Executive

We are looking for a passionate individual to join our dynamic IT team to support the business in the delivery of impactful projects for a period of 01 year!


Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling:
  • Assist in development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with Head of IT and all the IT business partners to define project scope and objectives.


Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and the Head of IT.
  • Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments or external vendors.
  • Coordinate communication and information sharing within the IT team.
  • Assist in disseminating IT policies, procedures, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication channels among project participants.


Task Tracking & Reporting
  • Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and risk registers.
  • Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.


Resource Management
  • Help allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, as needed for project activities.
  • Assist in allocating and scheduling IT department resources, including personnel, equipment, and software licenses.
  • Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for optimizing resource allocation.


Quality Assurance
  • Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
  • Conduct quality reviews and inspections as required.


Administrative Support
  • Maintain and organize departmental documents, records, and files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.


Documentation And Documentation Management
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, including project plans, specifications, and change requests.
  • Ensure proper version control of project documents.


Budget Monitoring
  • Assist in tracking project expenses and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Report on budget status and recommend adjustments when necessary.
