This
is a full-time on-site Accounting Intern role located in Colombo. As an
Accounting Intern, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as
preparing and analyzing financial statements, using accounting software
to record and reconcile financial transactions, and creating journal
entries. You will work closely with our finance team and support various
areas including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with financial statements, accounting software, and journal entries
- Knowledge of finance principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role or relevant coursework is a plus
