Position - Intern  Application Support

Core Responsibilities & Duties

 

  • Work on 24/7 operations, including local holidays and weekends. Roster basis shifts will be allocated. (Morning [4.30am -12.30pm] / Day [11.00am – 8.00pm] / Night [7.30pm – 4.30am]).
  • Work with international clients and the internal development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the VitalHub product suites.
  • Ensure compliance for given SLAs and OLAs.


 Qualifications & Experience


  • Undergraduate in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills with ability to converse with clients in other countries.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with ability to troubleshoot issues on the applications and their environments.
  • Possess relevant computer literacy.
  • Knowledge with SQL is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with an open and flexible mindset.
