Position - Intern Digital Marketing (Web & Social Media) 

General Summary

Sterling Automobiles Lanka is the sole authorized franchised service provider for vehicles that are exported by Sterling Japan with the Sterling Aftercare Guarantee and the company operates five Sterling Aftercare Centers island-wide with the aim of offering post-purchase care to these vehicles.

This is a 6-month/ one-year full-time internship that will give you the opportunity to gain practical work exposure in Marketing Business Function at Sterling Automobiles, Sri Lanka Business Entity.

Digital Marketing (Web & Social Media) Internship - Corporate Head Office, Udahamulla, Nugegoda.

The desired candidate will get experience;

· Social media marketing - Provide support for the company’s social media accounts and posts content.

· Online engagement – Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

· Reports & Communication - Assists in creating performance reports & Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.

· Organization – Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.

· Customer focus - Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales as required.

· Professionalism - Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.

The desired candidate will have;

· A graduate or an undergraduate in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar disciplines (Not compulsory and anyone in another discipline who wishes to build a career in digital marketing is invited to apply)

· Good command of written and verbal skills in English & Sinhala is a must.

· Good computer literacy (Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and creative designing will be advantageous)

· A good team player who is flexible and willing to partner in change management initiatives.
