Position - Intern Event Management 

The ideal candidate would be expected to;

  • Assisting various events (conferences, product launches, seminars/webinars, trainings, workshops, forums, business luncheon meetings, conventions, annual general meetings, trade shows, social events, and award ceremonies) organized by the Department.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and all event logistics such as conference facilities, signage, displays, audio-visual equipment, accommodation, transport, catering etc. for the events.
  • Assist in all other work of the Department and as assigned by the Superior.


The candidate must have;

  • Preferably an undergraduate (recently graduated or currently enrolled) in a recognized University / institute OR Full or Part Professional Qualification in Business Management / Business Administration or related field of study
  • Excellent English writing and speaking skills
  • Computer literate with good working skills on Microsoft Office Package
  • Good planning and organizing abilities
  • Solid attention to details
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet timely deadlines with the ability to operate autonomously
