Position - Intern Event Management
The ideal candidate would be expected to;
- Assisting various events (conferences, product launches, seminars/webinars, trainings, workshops, forums, business luncheon meetings, conventions, annual general meetings, trade shows, social events, and award ceremonies) organized by the Department.
- Coordinate with suppliers and all event logistics such as conference facilities, signage, displays, audio-visual equipment, accommodation, transport, catering etc. for the events.
- Assist in all other work of the Department and as assigned by the Superior.
The candidate must have;
- Preferably an undergraduate (recently graduated or currently enrolled) in a recognized University / institute OR Full or Part Professional Qualification in Business Management / Business Administration or related field of study
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Computer literate with good working skills on Microsoft Office Package
- Good planning and organizing abilities
- Solid attention to details
- The ability to work under pressure and meet timely deadlines with the ability to operate autonomously
