Position - Intern - HR Business Partnering
Qualifications:
- Part/ fully completed a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office.
- Able to demonstrate strong communication & interpersonal skills and be a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) for recruiting and deployment of the resources in the Business Unit (BU).
- Support the TA team/ HRBPs to ensure on time support from the line on evaluation process (interviewing, testing, exams, and receiving feedback hiring).
- Support the HRBPs to coordinate surveys & focus groups.
- Coordinate with HRBPs to facilitate probation confirmations of employees.
- Follow up with Line Managers and supervisors and ensure on-time completion of probation confirmations.
- Coordinate between new joiners, BU, and HR Ops team to ensure smooth onboarding process.
- Assist HRBPs on employee relocation.
- Assist HRBPs in managing employee engagement programs.
- Assist HRBPs to plan and facilitate engagement activities within the BU/Functions
