We are looking for IT Intern to
join with us. We are fully aware of what the market is like at the
moment, but we like to think this would be a great opportunity to work
in a fantastic working culture with a supportive team.
The Role
The
IT Intern will work closely with our Information Technology team to
gain hands-on experience and assist in various IT-related tasks. This
internship provides an opportunity to learn about IT systems, hardware,
software, troubleshooting, documentation, and best practices while
contributing to the overall success of organization.
Job Requirements
- Monitor / troubleshoot / maintain computer systems and network
- Installing operating systems(windows,Linux,Mac) / Printer / configure basic networking devices.
- Provide basic user support via phone / email / remote and tickets.
- Maintain assets inventory and needful documentation.
- Knowledge in ISO certification / WordPress is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- A under graduate in information technology or a related field / Diploma, or a related certification for the relevant field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent communication, team work and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
