Position -  Intern opportunity with WOW Superapp

The Role

  • Supporting the campaign operations manager to carry out the planning and execution tasks.
  • Coordinating / discussing with internal teams to generate insight and share with campaign operations manager to support strategizing the planning process.
  • Ensuring the feedback from product owners have to updated and shared to campaign operations team correctly and on time.
  • Coordinating and following up with internal team to obtain data and reporting back to campaign operations manager to support with developing the campaign calendar.
  • Supporting the marketing and social media team on execution of selected task such as building copies for campaign, supporting in execution of performance marketing related tasks, support in building and executing social media / influencer marketing tasks
  • Ensuring the special projects assigned under traffic ops teams are executed properly.
  • Ensuring the daily performance KPI trackers are updated with latest data.
  • Assisting the campaign operations team to analyze existing data and develop campaigns to achieve set traffic targets.
  • Maintaining sustainable with product owners to identify areas of improvements or suggestions and communicating to the campaign operations team in constructing solutions.


The Person

  • Enrolled in or a recent graduate from a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of basic marketing principles and strategies.
  • Familiarity with different advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Advertising).
  • Awareness of current marketing trends and techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Experience with campaign management tools or CRM platforms can be beneficial.
  • Ability to come up with innovative ideas or solutions for campaign challenges.
  • Basic analytical thinking to assess campaign performance and derive insights.
