As Intern - Talent Acquisition , you will play a pivotal role supporting to identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent for for critical leadership and operational position. RESPONSIBILITIES :


You will be working closely with the Client Retaliations & Life Cycle Management Officer with a dotted line Operations Lead to comprehensively understand client requirements and continuous processes and adopt necessary action to fulfil the recruitment cycle.


You will support the below Talent Acquisition key stages :

  • Implement and executive Talent Acquisition Strategies
  • Head Hunting & Sourcing Candidates
  • Job Analysis & JD Drafting
  • Talent Screening & Assessment
  • Client Presentation
  • Negotiation and Closing


QUALIFICATIONS & PRE REQUISITES


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
