Position Overview:

As an IT System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure. You will assist in the day-to-day operations of IT systems, ensuring stability and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of IT systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Perform system updates, patches, and ensure system security and integrity.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Assist in the setup and management of network and server infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, both remotely and on-site when required.
• Create and maintain documentation related to IT systems, processes, and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in system administration.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT system administration.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network administration.
• Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications in system administration (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus.
