Position - Java Tech Lead
Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Postgres, Kubernetes, and AWS to architect, design, and develop solutions.
- Optional Technologies: Familiarity with React, Oracle, and Terraform is a plus, and the willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Problem Solving: Understand complex business challenges, analyze requirements, and provide technical solutions that meet business objectives.
- Issue Resolution: Take a lead role in troubleshooting existing issues, identifying root causes, and driving effective resolutions.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively engage with client stakeholders, understand their needs, and convey technical solutions clearly.
- Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with client scrum teams, fostering a productive and agile work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ Years hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Postgres, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Knowledge of React, Oracle, and Terraform is a plus.
- Proven ability to understand complex business problems and provide technical solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing effective resolutions.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and teamwork.
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and working closely with client scrum teams.
