Role Description
This full-time on-site role, located in Colombo, is for a Junior Business Development Executive. The role entails identifying new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging with potential clients, developing relationships, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and generating sales revenue. The Junior Business Development Executive will be responsible for performing market research, mapping potential clients, developing strategies to win client engagement, and communicating with internal teams to ensure proposals meet client needs and objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a focus on delivering results
