Position - Junior IT Help Desk Executive

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for all IT related issues.
  • Assist in IT Governance and Risk Management.
  • Conduct assessments and surveys to determine gaps and service quality.
  • Support to maintain organizational inventory control.
  • Assist in maintaining a higher level of IT compliance.
  • Documentation and managing clear record keeping.
  • Assist in deploying, configuring, and supporting end-user devices or networking devices.
  • Assist in any IT-related projects assigned.
  • Team Player with a proactive attitude.

Requirements:

  • Basic Understanding of Hardware and Software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Understanding of next-generation security platforms.
  • Graduate in Computer Science/Cyber Security/Computer Networking.
  • Basic Understanding of ISO Knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of core networking concepts
