Position - Junior IT Help Desk Executive
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for all IT related issues.
- Assist in IT Governance and Risk Management.
- Conduct assessments and surveys to determine gaps and service quality.
- Support to maintain organizational inventory control.
- Assist in maintaining a higher level of IT compliance.
- Documentation and managing clear record keeping.
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and supporting end-user devices or networking devices.
- Assist in any IT-related projects assigned.
- Team Player with a proactive attitude.
Requirements:
- Basic Understanding of Hardware and Software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Understanding of next-generation security platforms.
- Graduate in Computer Science/Cyber Security/Computer Networking.
- Basic Understanding of ISO Knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of core networking concepts
