Position - Management Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and editing written and visual content for various communication channels, such as press releases, blog posts, internal newsletters, and social media updates.
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports.
- Aid in developing and distributing internal communication materials, including employee newsletters, announcements, and updates. Help maintain intranet content.
- Participate in the planning and execution of corporate events, conferences, and presentations. Ensure all communications related to these events are well-coordinated.
- Contribute to the management of the company's social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement with the online community.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in corporate communications. Analyze communication effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of the organization's corporate image and brand identity.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining communication databases, and managing communication tools and resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of communication tools and software (e.g., social media platforms, content management systems).
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
