Position - Manager Finance
ROLE PROFILE
- Effectively lead the finance team and guide them to achieve the individual objectives as well as the team objectives
- Timely preparation of financial statements for management reporting and statutory reporting fulfilling CSE requirements.
- Overall in charge of external and internal audits, payments, fixed assets, insurance, debtors collections taxation and other day-to-day operation of finance.
- Manage the budgetary controls, forecasting and planning.
- In charge of the company's working capital cycles by minoring inventory, debtors and creditors
- Responsible for internal controls and policies of the company
- Managing the treasury function by managing the cashflows, liaising with the banks, negotiating rates through
- group treasury on interest, exchange rates etc.
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Member of a Professional Accounting Body (ACA, CIMA, ACA) with over 5 years of relevant experience in a manager capacity
- Experience in FMCG and manufacturing industry
- Experience in CSE reporting requirements
- Added advantage if the candidate possess hand on experience in working with SAP ERP system
- Effective and efficient Process management in manufacturing and Sales Environment
- Decision Taking & Problem-Solving Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- Initiative and follow through.
