Position - Manager Human Resources
Location : Athurugiriya

Directly reporting to the Chairman & Director Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring the growth and development of our talented team. We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and collaborative leader to join our vibrant team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company's goals and values.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top-tier talent.
- Lead performance management initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR compliance.
- Design and deliver professional development programs for career growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational effectiveness.
- Stay current with HR trends, evolving practices, and employment regulations.
Pre-requisites
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 9 years of proven experience in HR roles with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to drive change, promote teamwork, and implement innovative HR solutions
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
