Job Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Dealing with email enquiries
Taking minutes
Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
General office management
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Assisting in arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
Providing administration support to Sales Staffs, Managers and Senior Management
Assisting in Financial Management
Skills:
Communication skills
Able to speak Sinhala and English Language is advantage.
Documentation making
Critical thinking skills
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Able to work on your own
Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
Project management skills
Strong personality to manage sales staffs.
Qualification:
Completed Diploma or above qualifications.
Good knowledge in MS Excel & Word.
Knowledge in Social Media handling.
Min 6 month experience in cooperate
