Job Summary:

As a Program Coordinator at HLS, you will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the smooth operation of various programs, ensuring that they meet their objectives and deliver results. You will work closely with program managers, participants, and other stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to program managers, including scheduling, documentation, and data management.
• Participant Engagement: Communicate with program participants, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive participant experience.
• Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate program-related events, workshops, and meetings, both in-person and virtually.
• Data Management: Maintain program databases, track progress, and generate reports to assess program performance.
• Resource Management: Manage program resources, including budgets, materials, and equipment.
• Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of program goals.
• Compliance: Ensure that programs adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges, issues, and risks that may impact program success.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain program documentation, reports, and records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, education, Marketing)
• Previous experience in program coordination or a related role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
