Position - Project Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
• Developing Project Plans in line with the project Scope, time & Budget.
• Project Communication planning and implementation
• Keeping strict control on the project progress.
• Analyzing the root causes for deviations and taking appropriate action- to correct deviations.
• Managing project issues (Both logging and tracking)
• Change Management (Validating & Processing change requests).
• Project Risk Management (To execute the entire risk management process from planning to Control)
Professional /Academic Qualifications
• Degree in Information Technology, PMP/ACP/Scrum Master Certification
• MSc in Information Technology or Other Post Graduate Qualification equivalent to IT Project Management
Work experience
• Minimum of 3+ years of work experience with proven track records in Project Management/ Software Development
• Ability to drive projects independently, Managing Scope, Budget, Schedule and Quality
• Hands on experience in Financial products will be an added advantage
