Technodora Pvt Ltd is a leading company in Athugiriya, Sri Lanka, specializing in the buying and selling of desktop and gaming PC accessories. We operate both a physical store and an e-commerce platform (www.technodora.lk) to cater to our diverse customer base. As a distributor for renowned brands such as Gigabyte, MSI, Fantech, Raidman, and more, we have established a strong presence in the market.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our reach, particularly in our newly acquired role as the sole distributor for a popular gaming product in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Monthly Sales Targets:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed the monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing dealerships to drive consistent sales volumes.

Online Presence and Platform Expansion:

  • Identify and evaluate suitable online selling platforms for our products.
  • List our range of products on these platforms and actively manage the listings for optimal visibility and sales performance.

Bulk Order Acquisition and Sales Planning:

  • Identify potential large-scale customers and PC businesses capable of placing bulk orders.
  • Develop and execute customized sales plans to secure and grow these accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma related to sales or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in achieving sales targets, preferably in a similar industry.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: 40,000 to 60,000 LKR (depending on experience)
  • Incentive scheme based on the achievement of monthly sales targets
