Sales

• Process Inquiries for Air & Sea Freight Shipments, Brokerage, CONSOL’s and interact with overseas branches.
• Preparation of Quotations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Report Sales activity into the Sales Force System.
• Maintain Sales Visit Plan.
• Maintain List of customers on assigned trade lane and assist colleagues within sales dept. to promote respective trade lanes.
• Pursue activities to achieve set KPI’s.
• Any other task assigned by the management.
• debtors follow up / collections in due course / Submitting CAF in line with client onboard time
  
  
  
  

Business Development

• To do Sales activity for DSV Air and Sea Pvt Ltd for Air & Sea Freight Import & Export Services for the Mumbai Branch.
• Build Business relations with Prospects & Existing customers by regular client visits.
• Follow-up on Quotations and obtain customer feedback.
• Negotiate and Close deals.
• Generate Sales leads for Overseas Branches
• To work towards achieving set Sales KPI’s of the Branch/ Assigned trade lane and work towards achieving overall branch CM1 sales target
• To jointly work with the team in Trade lane development.
• To perform regular market surveys and gauge the market pulse and keep abreast with the moves of the Competition.
• To collect regular feedback from Customers to gauge Customer delight and effect improvement wherever necessary.
