Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Human Resources Manager role located factory in Colombo. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and developing HR policies and procedures, recruiting, training and development of employees, managing employee benefit programs, and overseeing compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading employee engagement initiatives and maintaining positive employee relations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or Senior HR Generalist in FMCG industry is a must
