Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing UI/UX solutions that meet the needs of our users while supporting the overall strategy of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) solutions that align with project requirements and meet user needs.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve UI/UX solutions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and facilitate testing.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and development.
• Mentor junior designers and developers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet project requirements and develop their skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Senior UI/UX Engineer
• Hands-on experience and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Angular Material UI, Bootstrap 5, Angular JavaScript and jQuery.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision.
• Experience in latest Angular version, react JS and a portfolio of UI/UX design will be added advantages.
• Experience developing and maintaining design systems and style guides.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience mentoring and leading a team of junior designers and developers.
