Roles & Responsibilities:

• Web Development Leadership:
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of web developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of web development projects, from conceptualization to deployment.
• Project Management:
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
• Set and manage timelines and expectations for the web development team.
• Address and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, or challenges.
• Technical Excellence:
• Be hands-on in developing and implementing advanced and responsive web solutions.
• Ensure website optimization, performance, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
• Client Collaboration:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Present and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, specifically WordPress development, with a proven track record.

• Experience managing or leading development teams.
