About the job
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a social media & content strategy that aligns with the overall marketing requirements of clients.
· Manage and maintain all assigned client social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & google my business
· Create and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
· Collaborate with the content team to develop content that is relevant and engaging to target audiences.
· Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
· Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's social media presence is current and relevant
· Respond to customer inquiries and complaints on social media in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communication or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and google my business.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure the success of campaigns.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Prior experience in digital media buying would be added advantage.
