Position - Systems Administrator
WE’RE SEEKING A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (L2)
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to support our clients based in the USA. Our Network Operations Centre provides core IT support services to a variety of industries, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about IT and has experience in multi-platform environments.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class Enterprise IT Systems and processes within the ISO 20000 framework, and gain real-world experience in an Enterprise NOC.
Qualifications & Experience:
- The role involves providing Tier-2 Level technical support for Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, Cloud Platforms, Linux platforms, and End Users
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows, M365, Intune and Autopilot administration environments
- Knowledge in VoIP technologies including Microsoft Teams integrations
- Knowledge in Linux including PfSense and general networking
- Experience in working with IT security solutions like Avanan and Egnyte will be considered an advantage
- Strong English language proficiency
- Available to work in a shift-based operation, including night shifts and weekends
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- At least 1x year of hands-on experience with Windows Servers, M365 Cloud technologies and Linux
- M365, Azure and Linux related professional certifications are a plus
