Position - Talent Acquisition Executive


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, sourcing and identifying potential candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Understand the staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and identify top talent for clients.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting job offers.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Client coordination and client communication.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure timely and accurate updates of candidate information.
  • Provide regular updates and status of open positions and recruitment initiatives to the management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Should have experience in hiring tech talents.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a proven track record of successful recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies is a plus.
