Position - Trainee Associate Business Analyst

As a Trainee Associate Business Analyst, you are not only expected to have a keen analytical acumen but also an unwavering curiosity to understand complex business challenges and to contribute towards devising innovative solutions. You will be diving deep into industry research, customer requirements analysis, and will have the chance to collaborate with customers and our business development teams, all while continuously expanding your repertoire of tools and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and relevant technologies.
- Engage actively with customers to comprehend their business objectives and requirements.
- Document and translate intricate business requirements into structured wireframes, use case diagrams, and other relevant artefacts.
- Collaborate closely with the business development teams to brainstorm and implement optimal solution strategies.
- Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving capabilities combined with logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- Show enthusiasm for learning new tools, concepts, and technologies to stay ahead in the business analysis domain.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in business tools for creating wireframes, use case diagrams, and other requirement artefacts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with customers and business stakeholders.
- An aptitude for problem-solving, supplemented with logical thinking.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Part or full qualifications in CIMA, CIM, ECBA, or any other relevant certification will be considered an added advantage.·
- Previous exposure or familiarity with tools and technologies related to business analysis would be beneficial.
- Participation in industry-specific projects, internships, or related experiences is a plus
