Position - Trainee Customer Support Engineer
We are currently on the lookout for a passionate, dynamic individual to join our team to drive developer communities.
Qualifications & skills:
- Fully qualified in Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Available to work extended hours and on weekends to support hackathons, conferences, meetups and other developer events when required
- Critical thinker, good at problem solving and programming, with ability to train and help developer community
- Superior communication skills, verbal and written, in English and local language
- Great interpersonal skills and an empathetic listener
