Position - UX Lead

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall user experience for all of Creately's customer touchpoints.
- Define and implement creative design solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Lead and mentor our team of UX/UI/Visual Designers.
- Use and extend our Figma based design system to define wireframes and user flows.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to iterate on design solutions.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Requirements
- Proven UX leadership experience.
- BA/BS degree in a design related field or computer science is preferable.
- A portfolio that showcases your expertise in User Experience design and your design process.
- Proficient in Figma and other related toolsets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SASS.
- Experience with Angular, React or JavaScript will be an advantage.
