Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Technical Lead (Angular) located in Colombo. As an Associate Technical Lead (Angular), you will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and successful project delivery. You will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions based on business requirements while leading and mentoring the development team.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of Angular-based applications.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring coding standards are followed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance Angular applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Angular development.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, unit testing, and code coverage.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent
• 4+ years of work experience in software engineering
• Proven experience in Angular development, with a deep understanding of Angular concepts and architecture.
• Strong expertise in code optimization and performance tuning for Angular applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with testing and debugging tools for performance optimization.
• Experience in setting up build and deployment pipelines for multi-tenant Angular applications.
