We are recruiting for a Senior Executive Customer Relations to join Stretchline Holdings Ltd, the world's largest supplier of narrow elasticated fabrics, covered yarns, dyed yarns and textile innovations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Have a complete understanding of customer calendars while maintaining records and understanding the buy placement dates on each of the seasonal calendars.
  • Responsible for receiving all incoming enquiries/orders, liaising with internal teams to book production capacity, negotiating delivery dates/flows, and communicating with the customer within 48 hours to ensure customers' delivery dates are effectively met.
  • Ensure all POs are entered in a timely manner with 100% accuracy.
  • Efficient order book management through managing greige bookings by liaising with customers to obtain shade information two weeks prior to the confirmed Greige date, etc.
  • Complete all required documentation pertaining to order confirmation and follow through with the status of the order by meeting with the planner and conveying the order status to the customer to meet expectations.
  • Visit customers as scheduled and, build good relationships and enhance mutual trust and honesty through responding to customer enquiries, calls and emails within 24 hours, frequent communication to keep customers updated about the order status.
  • Inform the Quality department in the event of customer rejections and make arrangements for goods to be inspected within 24 hours whilst initiating the necessary action to replace goods in 48 hours to meet customer requirements.
  • Manage debtor-related issues to minimize payment-related problems from customers by liaising with the Finance team to resolve issues monthly and liaising with customers to resolve all issues in a timely manner to ensure payments are made on time.
  • Prepare/update internal documents and reports whilst adhering to ISO standards to make information available for management decision-making.
  • Maintain price list for the respective customer portfolio whilst ensuring prices in the list and system reflect those in the pricing file.


Qualifications:

·      A Degree in Marketing or Management from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification.

·      Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity would play a dominant role in your selection.

·      Excellent communication skills.

·      Good analytical skills.
