As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and friendly manner will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Finance and Technical Support, to address complex customer concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed diploma.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for helping customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and composed while addressing customer concerns.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information.
