Position - Frontend Developer

As a Frontend Developer at i4T Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user-facing components of our SAAS ecosystem. Your expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascripts and Vue.js will be critical in ensuring that our products not only meet the highest standards of functionality but also deliver exceptional visual and interactive experiences to our product. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, UX designers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces that adhere to coding standards and design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user interfaces for our SAAS products within our ecosystem.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design guidelines and ensure consistent visual aesthetics and user experiences across all products.
• Actively participate in coding, ensuring the code quality, performance, and adherence to established coding standards.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic, APIs, and data sources.
• Contribute to UI/UX initiatives by suggesting improvements, proposing new features, and finding innovative ways to enhance user interactions.
• Collaborate with the QA team to identify and address frontend-related bugs, issues, and usability concerns.
• Manage a comprehensive design library that encompasses typography, color palettes, UI components, and other design elements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the frontend development process and product offerings.
• Engage closely with the Product team to ensure the consistent representation of the brand identity throughout our products.
• Collaborate on design initiatives to infuse the brand's visual language and principles into every user touchpoint.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of coding standards, best practices, and responsive design principles to write well-structured, secure, and well-documented JavaScript code.
• Mastery of the JavaScript language, including its modern ES6+ syntax and features.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the Vue.js framework, including core principles such as components, reactivity, the virtual DOM, as well as familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, encompassing Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, and Nuxt.js
• A solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3, including Sass or Less.
• Understanding of server-side rendering to optimize performance and SEO for our SAAS products.
• Proficiency in both functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Ability to interpret and implement design guidelines and UI/UX mockups effectively.
• Proficiency with modern development tools such as Babel, Webpack and Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering polished and user-friendly interfaces.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a frontend developer, with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful frontend solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is mandatory.
• Previous experience working for product based companies with cross functional teams is a huge plus.
