Position - Graphic Designer & UI-UX Designer

As we expand our portfolio in the tech industry, we are looking for a visionary Graphic Designer/UI UX Designer and Creative Head to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
We are in pursuit of a multifaceted creative genius who is both a storyteller and a strategist. Your role will encompass the full spectrum of graphic design, UI/UX design, and creative direction. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling visual narratives for our brand and our partners, designing intuitive user experiences, and leading our creative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the creative vision for Hexxion Ventures and our portfolio companies.
- Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs for a variety of digital platforms, including websites and mobile applications.
- Conceptualize and execute graphic design projects, from branding and marketing materials to investor presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in design and technology to keep Hexxion Ventures at the forefront of innovation.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, and creative direction.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a design role, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent tools.
- A deep understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience in leading and managing a creative team.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
