Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at John Keells Logistics in Wattala. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing the company's HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, developing job descriptions, and providing support for other HR management tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in the logistics industry is strongly preferred.
• Professional certification in Human Resource Management is a plus.
