Position - Intern Enterprise support
Scope of Internship:
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of servers, storage systems and network devices. This may include installing, configuring, and updating software, firmware, and hardware components.
- Help diagnose and resolve technical issues, both hardware and software, reported by end-users or detected through monitoring systems.
- Assist in the application of software updates, security patches, and system upgrades to maintain a secure and up-to-date environment.
- Contribute to backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data and ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including configuration guides, system architecture diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
- Support the provisioning, monitoring, and optimization of cloud services.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve virtualization and cloud-related issues.
