Position - Intern Human Resources
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities
- Takes ownership for and executes day to day operational tasks related to business processes, in a timely manner and as per the expected standards.
- Solves basic HR specific problems / queries raised by employees.
- Has a clear understanding and familiarity with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Supports the wider HRBP team with moderately complex and varied assignments.
- Supports adjacent HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc.,) with specific tasks and initiatives.
- Drafts parts of reports for internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develops knowledge of and ensures any work is conducted in line with LSEG design, content standards and integrity.
- Provides further support to the team by coordinating meetings, printing materials, taking minutes and other administrative tasks.
