Position -  Intern Human Resources

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Takes ownership for and executes day to day operational tasks related to business processes, in a timely manner and as per the expected standards.
  • Solves basic HR specific problems / queries raised by employees.
  • Has a clear understanding and familiarity with Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Supports the wider HRBP team with moderately complex and varied assignments.
  • Supports adjacent HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, etc.,) with specific tasks and initiatives.
  • Drafts parts of reports for internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Develops knowledge of and ensures any work is conducted in line with LSEG design, content standards and integrity.
  • Provides further support to the team by coordinating meetings, printing materials, taking minutes and other administrative tasks.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as professional conduct.
  • Detail oriented, efficient and organized.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
