Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- Aid in onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
