We are looking for a passionate HR professional who will be involved in sourcing, recruiting, planning the overall HR strategy, and assisting in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform job descriptions, job posting promotions, and hiring analytics.
- Preparation of agreements and appointment letters and handling maintenance Records.
- Create, implement, and manage interviews and onboarding plans.
- Assist in performance management and employee records and paperwork.
- Adhere to laws and regulations.
- Maintaining employee records and personal files.
- Maintaining leave and attendance records.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Qualified in Human Resources Degree, Diploma, or any other equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay and benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training and development, etc.
- Good understanding of labour laws.
- Excellent event coordination skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solver and team player.
- Good decision-making skills.
