Job Descriptions:
The IT Support Intern will assist the IT department in providing technical support and resolving computer hardware and network issues. This role will involve assisting end users, troubleshooting problems, performing systems maintenance, and ensuring efficient IT operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
Help users with basic software and application usage.
Monitor and respond to support tickets or help desk requests in a timely manner.
Document and maintain accurate records of support activities, solutions, and user requests.
Collaborate with other IT team members.
Qualifications:
Diploma or NVQ 4 Level in Information Technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system, and Active Directory.
Close proximity to Malabe.
