Learning & Development
- Support successful design, delivery and commissioning of centrally run talent management & employee engagement practices ensuring that this supports organisational objectives and values
- Work closely with all departments to identify and deliver learning requirements and solutions & responsible for the design and management of the annual organisational learning and development plan
- Ensures evaluation of all L&D programs/activities across DIMO to ascertain their effectiveness and to identify areas of improvement
- Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of program modules that are engaging, support internal learning, and where possible are delivered via an online learning system
- Consider learning objectives, consult with subject matter experts and source relevant information to develop relevant and contemporary content
- Support the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programmes across the Organization to enable it to fully utilise the potential of its people and meet future and changing business needs
- Enable and ensure the development of interventions focussed on improving line manager competence and capability
- Support the effective planning for and delivery of scheduled management and leadership forums, network opportunities, coaching and mentoring sessions and forums for effective transfer of tacit knowledge
